You’ll notice we chose a salmon for our logo. It is such a powerful aspect of our Northwest heritage, standing for persistence, wisdom and determination in striving against obstacles. An irreplaceable part of a healthy environment, the salmon also represents our approach: Live Boldly.

Unfortunately, therapists have a reputation for dwelling in the past, or encouraging people to feel victimized. That’s not the kind of therapy we provide! The ways we work and the techniques we offer are contemporary, goal-oriented, and very relevant to people who are looking for a fresh perspective. We help people take on opportunities, deal with challenges and expand into bigger lives.

We quickly respond to referrals and can often see new clients within 1-2 days.

Our Office Manager helps you navigate the entire billing process and we accept many insurance plans.

We offer convenient evening and weekend hours.
